After your have gained your wings, you are met by a feast on the second floor with all that the forest can offer you. Tables and chairs are set up everywhere along the walkway between the houses, allowing the new visitors to meet and greet - or try to hide in the corners and eat berries all by themselves. Try your new wings to be the first to grab those delicious crumbs of walnut bread? Or say hi to your party lights, courtesy of some excited glow worms and flies that just want to be your best friends. Explore how your new gem works, try put your leaf clothes or decide to head further into the tree, seeing just what kind of place your have stumbled into. Maybe you will even get a glimpse of those hairy legs on the fourth floor?

[Fairy wings! Aire is not so happy to be kidnapped here, but if she has to be transformed, at least she's not going to be coughing up hairballs again. Plus, her wings are quite beautiful. She can certainly make the most of that, even if she'd rather have Yunita and her other friends here. Really, this place seems like a more exciting and dangerous version of Arbor, except that now she is one of the fae.

1. Her first inclination is to explore, but with some caution. Without weapons, Aire is mostly looking around for birds and wasps and other things that might lunch her. Monster battles are nothing new to her. She just has not encountered them against ordinary-sized bugs before.

2. Or you might find her investigating her own lunch possibilities. That walnut bread is good and there seem to be a lot of weird, interesting people here.]

Iolaus was wobbling a little erratically through the air, trying to get used to the new wings and looking none too happy about the process. He looked like he'd be easy pickings for a passing wasp, honestly.

"Surely if human beings were meant to flit about like birds, we'd be born with wings in the first place..."

Aire flitted closer to the struggling fellow. "We'd also have to eat bugs, and sleep on branches, and molt," she said. "I think this way is much better."

Granted, she could have done without the shrinking. But she liked getting around this way even if she was a little clumsy yet herself. She wondered what her fairy friend Lilibelle would think about it. "Of course, you can always land and walk on the branches," she added, "but that would be boring."

"Er... yes," said Iolaus, looking a little green around the gills at the mention of eating bugs, how gross. "Though I suppose there are birds that subsist on other things. Nectar. Small animals."

Come to think of it, he was about the size of a hummingbird now, wasn't he? How disturbing...
