Welcome to the Faerie Feast!
After your have gained your wings, you are met by a feast on the second floor with all that the forest can offer you. Tables and chairs are set up everywhere along the walkway between the houses, allowing the new visitors to meet and greet - or try to hide in the corners and eat berries all by themselves.
Try your new wings to be the first to grab those delicious crumbs of walnut bread? Or say hi to your party lights, courtesy of some excited glow worms and flies that just want to be your best friends.
Explore how your new gem works, try put your leaf clothes or decide to head further into the tree, seeing just what kind of place your have stumbled into. Maybe you will even get a glimpse of those hairy legs on the fourth floor?
*Alundra couldn't help but flush a little at the smile from the human girl next to him. Like the village he'd helped root out evil from, most of the people came from the human tribe. Perhaps because there were simply more of them than his own? Hard to say at this point.*
The food is pretty good. *Hard to believe that a crumb of bread looked like a small loaf at this height! He was still wrapping his mind around that one.*
You're right-- it's definitely new, for sure, but it's good. [ She'll take a small, polite bite of the walnut crumb in hand. It's so good, and so fresh! It's nothing compared to Tayce T's food, but it's unbelievably nice to start with. ]
Where are you from? I've met so many different people, from different kingdoms so far... you must be from far away, too, aren't you?
Yeah, I guess I am from pretty far away. So are you, compared to me, if you think about it. *Alundra took a look around the room with all the various people milling about.* I didn't realize there were so many different kingdoms until I started talking with a few people here.
I know, right? I don't get to travel often outside of the Mushroom Kingdom, so learning and experiencing new things... it's always welcome! It helps that I get to know new people while I'm here. You're all so different from everyone I usually meet!
[ You're all human-looking, for one... aside from a bird Peach saw earlier, there's no major difference between everyone, aside from the fact that you happen to have very different ears. ] Have you gotten to explore around yet?
*A kingdom of mushrooms? Or was the royal family called Mushroom? Odd.*
I've looked around a little bit inside the tree. A bird clansman told me there's a giant spiderweb on the fourth level that makes it impossible to go further for now.
Oh no! I'd love to get the chance to look around there. If we could press on, it might make a world of a difference! You never know what's just outside of your reach.
I wonder if it could be burnt with a fire flower? Oh, but in a tree, that might not be so good...

[ Wait, no. That sounds terrible. ]
Or... we could get something sharp to try to cut it down!
