It's time for the second plotting post for Quest III!

Team Day

Nai, Owain, Nagi, Link (SS), Takatora, Yoshitsugu

Team Night

Fuu, Ivaera, Link (TP), Hakuryuu Ren, Hak, Rin

Team Twilight

Kit, Orcelito, Saber, Gil, Amonir, Fenris

Team Day will be facing a maze inside a cave that will pit them against their own weaknesses and fears in order to reach the other side. This will be watched over by mods, and there will be scenes added in the thread.

Team Night faces the problem of getting into a normal-sized house and finding a piece of the puzzle without being seen or draw attention. Being seen by the cat is not an issue, but Mittens will not help beyond cuddling, and may be a danger to the rats. The people in the house will be NPCed.

Team Twilight will be face to face with the strange violin-playing man, now without the mist to separate them. This odd person plays music that you can hardly resist dancing to, and for those that are attracted to men, he is extremely hot - their ideal man (though not a specific person). Those not attracted to men will see the gaunt and pale corpse of a drowned man. He will be NPCed.

I'll throw up a basic starter of Yoshitsugu deep in the cave shortly, right before they split off! Seems like a good place for it. I'm even willing to throw him in as the first to go into one of the splits. :D As he does always just go with the flow and will probably walk in without much care.

I was going to do the exact thing with Nai because he has a tendency to wander if someone isn't literally holding on to him :') He and Yoshitsugu need chaperones, clearly.

Just a heads up, but I dropped a generic starter in typical Rin fashion since I'm heading off to sleep. Please feel free to tag without me in whatever order you like since I'll be out all day. She can easily stay with the rats until I wake up if you need to handwave her not being a part of the infiltration.

Otherwise she'll probably suggest they go in pairs as to not draw attention from the larger entities within the home and that they really should focus more on pilfering necessities to fill the wagon. If there's any interest in that, we could make a separate thread? :V

Going in pairs sounds like a good plan! Fuu will probably bring up some ethical questions about pilfering since the girl did give them some useful things and Stealing Is Wrong etc... plus some past experience getting caught in an NPC's house but we should probably figure out what kind of useful and portable household items they ought to nab. Because not everyone will be quite so fastidious. (eg things like One Bullion Cube, stuff from sewing kits, cloth, paper, etc)

Pairing up sounds good to me, too, and Ivaera will definitely keep an eye out for anything they can reasonably take that won't be missed. Garahel can stay with the rats, both to guard them and because Ivaera would worry about him inadvertently causing a ruckus with the cats.

Pairs sounds good. Hakuryuu's not going to be too fussed with everything else. The bit with Slice is going to have most of his attention.(if I read the starter right.)

Gil's practically impervious to mind-affecting shenanigans, he's physically too young to care much for any sex, and he's never met the violin man, so he's probably going to stand around being confused until somebody explains this silliness to him.

She's still angry at his creeper, older self, ok. Can you blame her?

Saber might try to Excaliblast him if he becomes TOO DANGEROUS, depending if he actually attacks them or not. But if she does this, she'll probably pass out from the effort shortly after because she lacks a Master and her summon is pretty messed up.

Orcelito was unable to procure another weapon before leaving, so he’s stuck with his dagger and those spiked poleyns (knee guards) he wears. Don’t expect much from him in way of fighting. His focus will likely be on protecting Kit, since she has a magical musical instrument herself.

That said, Orcelito is very clever and has a strong resistance to fear and intimidation tactics. If any mind games start, he’ll play to win. He has no interest in men. However, he is human and susceptible to enchantments.

One other thing: Orcelito doesn’t really understand what has happened between Saber and Gil, but it has made him wary. He’s concerned about crew morale right now, as well as everyone’s ability to work as a team. He’ll do his best to gather everyone back together.
