I don't know if anyone would take up the job of organize a housing list ic, but Saber does want to make a general Gathering to discuss a couple of things, including how they use the space and which disposition is the best for security reasons if the more vulnerable areas against attacks are located at top and bottom floors.

But if the characters meet, introductions and where they live and their current status (hobo or not), their skillset/or what they want to offer as community to contribute with everyone to make this bearable (which is not necessarily only about fighters), etc would be a good chance to have this taken care of? Maayybe?
