It is late at night after you have gained your wings, and the tree is surprisingly dark. All the fireflies have gathered outside, flying around the tree in a display of glittering stars. It is almost as if they little critters are dancing with joy to see the new friends joining the Tree. On the first floor's branch, the glow worms have settled, illuminating the whole bark like a shining band of Christmas lights - and they, too, are reveling in the joy of new adventurers. Explore how your new gem works, try put your leaf clothes and join the critters in their dance - or simply watch them imitate the starts in the sky. It's a nice night to meet new friends. Just bring a squirrel fur or two, it's still cold outside.

I heard about that... But I probably sound the same as him too. You look and sound just like the Illya from my world.

Then... we'll figure something out! Ruby! [Her Kaleidostick's just been chilling out for the most part, watching them panic and have their emotional stuff done, but once it's called, it just laughs before suggesting that maybe they could dye Shirou's hair.]

Wha-- we can't do that! Maybe if we just do something, we can get out of this problem!

[is it bad that the first thing Shirou thinks when Ruby suggests dying his hair that it be white? unlike her Shirou, that was something he'd probably have to deal with after constant use of his magecraft]

Or we could just...you know...tell him if we see him. It's gonna be hard to explain fairy wings and living in a tree in the first place.

... I guess we can do that. [But now she's worried that she might have two big brothers worrying for her safety because she has magic.]

[it sounded like he had such a normal life in her world... did the disaster that befell Fuyuki in his time never occur?]

Hopefully we won't have to worry about that though, and we can go home somehow.

Yeah! [Eyes brimming with determination, Illya clenches her hands into tight, balled fists, smiling brightly as she swings her hands over her head.]

Maybe we can find a way to go home... and a reason why we're here.

Yeah, that's another thing too... I wouldn't mind finding out just where we are and why we're here in the first place.

It seems to be another world, I think. [Way to state the obvious.]

Maybe we could try flying up and see if we find anything.

[or they could just...y'know, fly side by side. but 'big brother' Shirou wants to be protective]

It... would probably be better if I followed you, onii-chan. Because you're still not used to those wings.

Alright. I'll do my best not to fall, Illya. [and with that, he beats his wings a little faster now as he tries to take the lead. it seems to be working out for him now as he looks past his shoulder to the young Einzbern girl]

Right! [With a rather confident nod of her head, she starts to hover as well right behind him; she's personally not having problems with flying, seeing as she's rather used to it. And Ruby's, well.. Ruby's in good hands as it follows alongside Illya.]

Be careful, onii-chan. Do you see anything up ahead?

[as the two flew higher up, the redhead did his best to try not and look down. if he dropped his gem now it'd be all over for him. that was the dangerous part. his flight pattern was a slight bit wobbly, but he didn't stop moving at least]

There's a lot of lights up ahead... It looks like it's coming from outside.

A lot of lights..? [Blinking curiously, her lips pursing into a small circle as she goes faster, flying beside him now to confirm what he says.]

Ah, you're right-! Do you think we can actually fly all the way up there?

Only one way to find out, right?

Right! [She'll fly alongside him at a steady pace, making sure not to let go of the gem in her hands, clenching onto it tightly. Hopefully they won't accidentally fly into a wall. . .]

[by the time the two finally reached outside, the sight before them was a rather spectacular one as his eyes widened as a firefly fluttered past the two as they floated amidst the nearly countless 'stars' in the distance]

They look like fireflies.

[it was beautiful. he just had to make sure not to look down. they were pretty damn high up now. but at least he wasn't tired of flying yet]

Mmm, they really do. They're... really pretty, onii-chan. [For lack of a better word to describe it. Shirou put it in the best words possible, she honestly couldn't beat him in that.]

Do you think we can catch one?

They are moving pretty slow...

And then we can use them as a light source for when it's really dark!
