Quest Riddle
Let’s get that riddle solved!
Edit: We need fresh ideas! Everyone is encouraged come in and help brainstorm!
In the official Quest thread, Orcelito will be on the ground floor near the gemstones. He has a list of possible solutions to the riddle; all of which involve two or more people holding hands around the Lifestream. There are lots of different interpretations for the terms ‘day’ and ‘night’, so we’ll be experimenting.
The Handholding Combinations to Try (so far – more may be added):
-Someone young (child) and someone older (adult or ancient/immortal) (Probably happened in the line up!)
-Someone who uses light magic and someone who uses dark magic (you don’t actually have to use any spells, just hold hands) (Orcelito doubts this theory now, but someone else is still welcome to try it.)
-Someone with moth wings and someone with fairy wings (Tried a couple of times.)
- Two people who have displayed leadership skills since their arrival (and preferably are different in some way: wings, magic, styles of leading, etc.)
-Several people holding hands to connect the two gemstones (suggested by Korra and Saber, see below for details) (Didn't work - but thanks everybody for trying!)
- Everyone
That last one might be tricky; according to the mods it would have to be agreed on by everyone. So let’s save it for last!
As each combination is attempted, we will check it off the list. And hopefully the mods will tell us if/when we get the correct one.
To participate in the IC Quest thread:
Put in the subject line of your tag which combination you want to try. If you see a combination your character can fit into and you want to hold hands with this person, tag them.
(Ex. You are playing an older character. You see a younger character offering to hand-hold. So you tag their post.)
For this OOC Quest thread:
Suggest other combinations! Offer to help! Talk amongst yourselves!
